1. Website use

2. Engagements
Consulting work begins only after both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work defining scope, deliverables, access, timing, fees, and dependencies. Website descriptions and prices are indicative and are not binding offers.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, lawful access to accurate information and nominate decision-makers. Clients remain responsible for product decisions and for ensuring their collection and use of app data complies with applicable law and platform requirements.
4. Fees and payment
Invoices, deposits, currencies, taxes, and payment dates are set in the accepted proposal. Overdue work may be paused after notice. No payment or checkout occurs on this website.
5. Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing materials. On full payment, the client may use agreed deliverables for its internal business purposes. Connector ServiceHub may retain general know-how that does not reveal client confidential information.
6. Confidentiality
Non-public business, product, and user information shared for an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to perform the work, except where disclosure is legally required.
7. Limitations
Analytics involves assumptions and incomplete observations. We provide professional judgement, not a guarantee of commercial outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited as stated in the applicable proposal; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending an engagement
Either party may end work under the notice and payment terms in the proposal. Fees for completed work, committed specialist time, and approved expenses remain due.
9. Governing law and contact
