Before work starts
A client may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. Any refundable deposit will be returned minus non-recoverable, previously disclosed costs. A full refund is available when we cancel before work begins and no suitable rescheduling is accepted.
Work already underway
Once an engagement has started, completed discovery, analysis, workshops, reserved specialist time, and approved expenses are non-refundable. If prepaid fees exceed the value of work completed and committed costs, the unused balance is refunded on a proportional basis.
Workshops and scheduled sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge with at least three Bangkok business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a reasonable fee for reserved time. A no-show or cancellation within one business day is non-refundable, except for documented emergencies considered fairly case by case.
Deposits and materials
Deposits secure capacity and are credited against the final invoice. Custom data preparation, licensed datasets, and specialist services purchased with prior approval cannot be refunded once ordered or used. This practice does not sell physical products.
How to request a refund
Email billing@connector-servicehub.digital within 14 days of cancellation or the issue becoming known. Include the proposal or invoice number, reason, and relevant dates. We acknowledge requests within two business days and normally decide them within seven.
Processing and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Banks may take additional time to display funds. Transfer charges caused by incorrect client details may be deducted where lawful.
Service concerns and exceptions
If delivered work materially misses an accepted scope, notify us promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Where correction is not practical, we may provide a partial or full refund for the affected deliverable. Statutory consumer rights and obligations that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
